Frequently Asked Questions

Q - I've never had a facial before. How do I know which one to get?

A - When you arrive for your appointment, you will be given a consultation by one of our estheticians and she will suggest an appropriate treatment for your skin type and its condition.

Q - I have seasonal allergies. Can I still get a facial?

A - By all means, yes! Just be sure to inform your esthetician prior to beginning your treatment.

Q - What if my preferred esthetician isn't on duty, can I go to another esthetician without hurting her feelings?

A - Nobody's feelings will be hurt. Our policy is that the needs of the client come first. Please feel free to employ the services of any of our highly qualified staff. Techniques may vary but your overall satisfaction is our goal.

Q - What's a man facial?

A - A deep-pore cleansing treatment designed to exfoliate and soften skin, extractions, steam, hot towels and a personalized masque are included. Treatment is completed with a relaxing neck and shoulder massage.

Q - When I get a massage, do I have to be naked?

A - We want you to be at your own modesty comfort level. Most clients disrobe completely. Your body is covered or draped at all times, other than exposing the specific area that is being treated. It is the client's choice as to how much or how little they wear.

Q - How much do I tip the technician?

A - Tips are generally given similar to a restaurant at 15 to 20 percent, depending on your level of satisfaction. Anabella Spa no longer accepts tips on the credit card. All tips are cash or check.
